Who We Are

Mashman Publishing is a DBA of Mashman Consulting Group LLC. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and who to contact about it.

Information We Collect

Apart from the cross-site visitor code described below, the only information this site collects directly is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message. This site does not require an account, does not process payments, and does not sell books directly; retailer links lead to third-party sites that operate under their own privacy policies.

How We Use It

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry: publisher, rights, and press inquiries, or referral to the appropriate MCG consultant for client engagements. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services, each of which may process technical data as part of delivering it:

• Netlify Forms, to receive and store contact form submissions.
• Resend, to deliver email to people who asked for it. Every list email carries a link to unsubscribe or choose what you receive, honored at once.
• Google Fonts, to load the typefaces used on this site.
• identitypositioning.com, MCG's technology hub, which serves the cross-site visitor script described below.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Cross-Site Visitor Code

Across Mashman Consulting Group's own websites (identitypositioning.com, mashmancg.com, identityquest.press, mashmanpublishing.com, and personalbrandingagencies.com), a small script served from identitypositioning.com stores one random visitor code in your browser and adds it to links between those sites, so we can see which of our sites introduced you to another and whether you later sent a publisher inquiry, requested a consultation, completed an audit, or applied for or reviewed a directory listing. The script reports visits, movement between our sites, and those outcomes to identitypositioning.com, MCG's technology hub.

The code is not linked to your name, email, or IP address and is never shared with third parties. Clearing your browser's site data removes it. The same code is described in the identitypositioning.com privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

External Links

This site links to third-party retailers (including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Kobo, and Everand) and to other Mashman properties. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which this policy does not cover.

Data Retention and Your Rights

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing the address below.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at anyone under 16 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
